treadmill challange

ok last week my trainer has come up with a new challange for the treadmill and i thought i'd share it. You have to time yourself and try and beat that time each week. i will be doing this once or twice a week on my cardio day. Last week it took 42 minutes and i loved it!
1. run 1km
2. do 100 skips
3. run 800m
4. then do 10 burpies
5. run 600m
6. then do 40 straddles
7. run 400m
8. followed by 30 mountain climbers
9. run 200m
10. 30 box jumps
11. run 1km with sprint intervals
12. easy 1km run to cool down.
