Current Goal Weight: 205 lbs
Last Week's Weight: 205.5 lbs
Today's Weight: 207 lbs
Up 1.5 today, and feeling like a yo-yo. But it's all good - long term trend is in the right direction. Loss for January still works out to 5 lbs (weighed in at 212 on Jan 3), and that's good solid progress.
Continuing my strength training program this week and will try to eat a little healthier!

Still getting down to my fighting weight after christmas, did loads of walking this week and then a weekend of Archery. Archery season starting now so that means I will be upping the energy expenditure.0 -

I didn't post last week. But I think I'm done with weighing myself. Now, I'm just more focused on exercising and limiting my sweets and snacking. Good luck to everyone though.0
