Videos/Program recommendations?

Hey everyone,
I'm interested in doing more strength training/muscle building, but I have to be careful because of my knees. For example, no squats or jumping. I'm wondering if any of you have done any of the P90X, Jillian Michaels, stuff like that - how was it on your knees? Or, if you had to modify it, did you still get some benefit?

    I have a DVD by Gaiam called "strong knees" that has a 30 minute strengthening and stretching routine as well as a "7 minutes to save your knees" abridged workout. I added some of the tips and exercises I learned from it to my regular workout and it has helped.
