So, in KB&T Jillian mentions that ankleweights is one possible way of making the workout harder. Has anyone tried using ankleweights doing KB&T or any other of JIllians dvds? Which one? And how heavy ankleweights? Any general thoughts?
Ill be using them mainly for NMTZ and KB&T and want your opinions!
