What the hell kind of torture is that! I swear if Jillian pushed on my legs I think I would have stood up and punched her (that is if I could stand back up!)

    Yea cause the poses I googled aren't what she has us do... She of course brings movement in!

    Yay....I got the DVD to work. I loved the stretch the Goddess pose gave me. Level 2 is a great work out!! Thanks for pushing me to do it.

    And on a side note, I tried a new wine last week, it's name....."Goddess". Hmmm does all this make me a "Goddess"??

    I've been working on level 1 for a while now. At what point is it a good idea to step up to lvl 2?

    I am also doing lv 1. I plain on doing it for 30 days before I move up to lv 2.
