Ill admit..I stole this from a blog! What a realistic way to have a challenge! Im up for it! Are you?
My 30 Day Challenge goals for February:
I will stay within 1300-1500 base calories, no more than 1800 on exercise days.
I will cook all my meals and prepare lunches for work, the day before.
I will stick as close to my adjusted macronutrient goals as I can, eating nutrious foods.
I will not eat after 8pm with the exception of an after workout protein shake.
I will drink at least 64 ounces of water each day.
I will not drink alcohol during the next 30 days.
I will workout at least 5x a week for a minimum of 45min, 4 of those times including strength training (2x upper body, 2x lower body).
I will stretch or do yoga for at least 10min a day.
I will be in bed by 10pm Sun-Thur.

I'm in!! Sounds like fun!
I will:
Drink at least 6 glasses of water a day.
Run at least twice a week.
Lift or do some sort of toning/strength training at least 3 times a week.
Try reallllllyyyy hard to eat less sweets.
Try one new class or fitness DVD I have never done before.
Who else is in?? Let's do this!!0
