Today's challenge of the day is: Eat This, Not That!

Try to trade up some of your foods today for better choices, or look for ways to make your favorite high calorie snacks and meals into a healthy, calorie manageable treat!

    Yay! I already did this. Changed my regular coffee creamer to tje fat free kind. It honestly doesn't taste as good, but 20 less calories and fat free is worth it!

    I swapped out 2% milk in my smoothie for skim. Couldn't taste any difference.

    Perspective for me:

    For breakfast I made a smoothie. Admittedly there was enough for 2 people to drink and be satisfied, but I drank it all :) I'll be full until lunch I guarantee that! Mixed frozen fruit, skim milk, sugar free pudding mix, small banana, and an egg.
    Total Calories for Smoothie: 376 cals 66 carbs 5 Fat 17 protein

    What I might have had for breakfast: 2 eggs with buttered whole wheat toast. I would have been hungry by around 11:30.
    Total Calories for Eggs and Toast: 503 cals 27 carbs 35 fat 19 protein

    Soo interesting to me :)
