Quick meals?

Any suggestions for "quick meals" that I can make that don't have a lot of calories and contain stuff that is readibly available. I am not a cook. I need things I can put together quickly and take with me ( I am in my car a lot and away from home).

What about low calorie "smoothies".

Glad to find a forum dedicated to just guy stuff!

Hi ya, I do a lot of car stuff and travel between meetings, etc. I've started taking soup in a flask for lunch during the past week or so. It's been great. I'm in the UK and also using Graze.com snack boxes (use code L5NPRQ3 for a free one, no catch to try out), so aiming for small, regular as they can be "meals" rather than the traditional 3 a day. When the weather warms up will swap from soup to protein shakes (which I throw together for breakfast anyway, takes 2 mins), currently using USN diet fuel ultra lean as a meal replacement - nice thick shake. Also carry in the car with me one or two pre-made meal replacement milkshakes (you can buy them ready made in cartons for about 88p each in Tesco, Asda, etc) for "emergency" times when I've been unprepared. Keeps me on track.

you know, I kind of bailed on the lean muscle meals I swore by when I started out I'd rather eat.
