Hi everyone!
I'm Jessica, I started Turbo Fire last Monday. I just finished 90 days of P90X and wanted to try something different. I decided to start with the prep schedule to get used to the moves and to have a bit of a breather after finishing P90X. It's going really well so far. The first day with the Fire 30 workout I felt clumsy and uncoordinated, and the same happened later in the week with the Fire45EZ. The stretch 40 feels amazing! I'm having trouble getting used to using bands in the Tone 30 workout, I'm used to doing P90X with weights and my arms are pretty strong so the bands feel to easy for me. Anyone have any ideas how do make it harder. I bought the bands from walmart, do I just need to get different bands??
Yesterday I go to do Fire 45EZ again and I felt like it went much better then the week before and so far I think it's a lot of fun!

    WOW! P90X to TF - you're gonna be in GREAT shape!

    On the bands, I'm not sure what's included in your set but they make sets that have shorter, thicker bands that add much more resistance and tension. I also do plenty of strength training so I use the shorter bands during those TF workouts and can definitely feel it. I got mine at Target and it was a set of 5 bands of varying length and thickness.

    I think I'm figuring out the bands and ways to make them tougher! I did Sculpt 30 today and I feel like I got a great workout! tomorrow is core and last week that one was a killer!
