cheese! no, pepsi! no, cheese! uh, pepsi? ok pepsi wins by a very tiny margin. babybel cheese saved my cheese addiction but there is no substitute for that first ice cold burn in your throat from real pepsi. and yes, i still drink it (but not everyday!) and include it in my days calories when i do. i think 30 minutes on the treadmill uphill is worth one! :drinker:

  • ohhhh that is a hard one because it changes daily for me... can't live without my coffee today, can't live without my mini kit-kats yesterday.... but mainly my coffee because it is loaded with cream and sugar... !

    Coffee (with coconut creamer)! I also need a cheat day every once in awhile. I was under calories last night so I ate some lays potatoe chips :drinker: They actually tasted really greasy to me :noway:

    I also need at least a little something sweet....Sugar in my tea, fiber one brownies (so good!) or a small piece of candy :heart:
  • Coffee is definitely a big one for me. AANND my red wine. I have a glass at least a couple times a week. Oh and chocolate :wink:

    My daily diet Pepsi. I have cut back but I won't give it up completely.

    And a little bit of dark chocolate each day. I find a little bit of good chocolate goes a long way for me :bigsmile:

    Wine! I've been limiting myself to weekends only...and have been trying to pour a smaller glass (so I can have more than one!).
