Ok so I'm not a runner. When I run, I'm prone to falling LOL. So I guess I've fallen and bumped my head because I find myself seriously planning to start this running program. I've been attempting, with no real plan to start getting active for a few months now. I'm just uncomfortable with my health/body right now. So I'm reading the tips and hoping I can stick to it. Wish me luck

    Great! You are going to amaze yourself, and THAT will help you stick to it. When I started, I couldn't run sixty seconds at a stretch, but C25K got me up to running for 30 minutes non-stop, and I'm building from there. Don't be worried if you have to repeat a day or a week, just keep at it and there is NO DOUBT you'll become "a runner"!
