Hey guys really focus on making sure you are eating enough calories and most of you are under calories and your ratio to carb and protein is off..make sure you don't go over 30grams carbs per meal and that for every gram of carb you have equal protein grams..remember protein is your fat burning weapon and if you get your ratio off it will slow your fat loss due to insulin response add that with being way under calories and you will slow down metabolism...
