Just wondering how many of you get in 8 or more glasses of water a day?
I'm certain that water had aided me in my weight loss. But I do like/enjoy water.

Tip: try using a straw.

    I generally drink 10 - 12 glasses of water a day... I agree, it does wonders. Bob Harper from Biggest Loser posted on his FB page the other day to drink 1 full glass of water as soon as you get up in the morning, he said "you'll feel great".... it really works, I've been doing it the last few days & I think we must get a little dehydrated when we sleep & drinking that full glass of water right away kicks your day off right... and the rest of the glasses throughout the day keep you from feeling hungry.
