Ok, so, I love Jillian. However, I am getting married in 6 weeks, well 6 weeks on Saturday and want to tone up my arms especially so I don't have manky bingo wings in my gorgeous dress. I'm looking for arm exercises to do in addition to the shred to tone up my arms and build up muscles especially the bottom of my upper arm (is that your tricep muscle?)

Any input would be awesome.

:)

Here are a few to look at:

This guy trains Michelle Obama, who has fabulous arms:

Some of the best are just the basics: Push ups (all variations - standard, military, wide, tricep, v-hands, etc), pull ups (assisted or modified using bands), chest presses, chest flys, tricep dips, and so on. Mostly, it's just being consistent and pushing yourself. Most programs will give you results, people just don't stick with them.

And, if you want a total body two week program:

I'd also recommend checking out Bodyism for a two week eating program to really slim down. It's really just eating clean plus eating until you are full (no calorie counting!), but it does really work. Amazing definition and slim-down results in just 14 days.

    Good luck!

    2 simple ones-
For your biceps, good old bicep curls. Start with a comfortable weight that you can curl 12-15 times and the last 3 or 4 are hard to do. Do 3 sets, with 1-2 minute rest in between sets. These help strengthen the wrists and shoulders somewhat as well.

For back of arms (triceps), a great one I was taught are "Skull crushers". Lay on your back. Hold weight in both hands straight up like you're doing Jillian's butterflies. But lower the weight toward your head bending your arms only at the elbow. Keep the part from your shoulder to elbow straight, pointing at the ceiling. some people call them "tricep extensions/curls" but I've always known them as skull crushers. These really help to tighten up the back of the arms where people have that loose floppy fat hanging....
