This one is my ABSOLUTE favorite! It's a recipe blog- All low carb and/or low GI. Great recipes. Some are too advanced for me but most of them are fairly simple and everything I've tried has been delicious!

Does anyone know of a recipe that combines egg, bacon or sausage, green peppers or onions in a muffin pan?

I found a recipe for the Sausage/Egg muffins.
I substituted the broccoli florets for bell peppers and onions. I also switched out milk for 1/2-n-1/2. LOVED IT!
I will def be eating again. and again, and again. LOL!
