Sometimes I can be my own worst enemy; I look in the mirror and I see a stranger. Inside I am a young, vibrant and exciting full of life person. I am hiding behind this large body and I don't know why. I am tired of shopping in plus size stores. I want to dress beautiful and sexy and I have discovered that my weight is holding me back from being the person I want to be. I don’t want to exercise but know that I a must.
Today I am making a promise to myself to take charge of my life, one day and one step at a time……… I am going to love and spoil me! Today starts a new beginning. I belong to a gym so that is where I am going.

    Hi my name is laina and I'm using skinny fiber and with it I'm using my fitness pal and fitbit and would love more friends on both .
