I'm working tonight, and just wondering who else is working. I am hoping for a slow night, but we will see. I'm hoping I can get some working out in. I plan to do my lunges, squats, and walking during my 12 hour shift tonight.

    I'll be going to bed in about 1 hr. I work tonight 11pm-7am. hope for a slow non-busy night so I can hit the hills and stairs for a good burn. borrowing a friends Bodymedia Fit armband. want to compare calories burned with my Polar HRM.
