Lemon peel contains pectin, a soluble fiber shown to help with weight loss. Add lemon juice to your daily glasses of water.

    I heard that you should have water with lemon juice as soon as you get up in the morning and then wait to eat at least 30 minutes. This is suppose to start the fat burning process each day. Love my SF.. :wink:
