Native American Indian Chicken



Ingredients

A large pack of boneless and skinless chicken thighs

7.5oz can of Chipotle Salsa

7.5oz can of Chipotle Peppers in Adabo sauce

1/2 Tbsp. Garlic Powder or Minced Garlic or you can use a

clove of garlic or more

1 Tbsp. Cinnamon

1Tbsp. Canola Oil or Virgin Olive Oil

1 Tbsp. Vinegar

1/4 Cup of Honey or sugar free maple syrup

1/2 tsp. Salt

1/4 Cup Water

3/4 Of a 16 oz. container Plain Oikos Yogurt (Do not use Mayo)



Directions

Add to Blender

Put your choice of can of Chipotle Peppers or Chipotle Salsa If you don't like spicy food leave out one 7oz can Chipotle Peppers in Adabo sauce and instead add 7oz of water in its place. Put your choice of garlic in. Then add your Cinnamon, Oil, Vinegar and Water.

Start and stop your blender several times when blending. . Then add Honey, Salt.

Blend well then dump in a bowl add Yogurt and whisk well. Now you can add your Chicken and let ii marinate for 24 hours.

Take out of refrigerator and sear it on a grill or in a skillet. (The black sear does not taste burnt but taste great) Place in oven at 350 degrees for fifteen minutes or until done.
