wrist pain?

I'm on the second week of the Push phase and am developing wrist pain on the top of my wrist. It's a dull ache that's not going away. On top of the pain, I have lost strength in my wrists. For instance, I can't open jars as easily as I could. It seems to be flexion that is causing the pain (push ups, gripping weights). The way that my power blocks are set up, my wrist is flexed while gripping them. Or do you think that maybe it's that I am lifting too much weight?

Maybe you're holding them too tightly? She does go on a bit about not carrying the weight in your forearms / wrists. Other than that, I dunno!

I would take a break for a week and maybe just do the cardio workout and let your wrists recover a bit. You don't want to damage them. It's true you could be gripping the weight to hard or lifting to much weight. Another suggestion would be to use the bands for a bit. Good luck.

The wrist pain I am experiencing is from push ups! I am in the Lean Phase, and still hate those suckers!!!!!
