working out when sick

On the bright side, I had lunch with a friend yesterday whom I hadn't seen since the holidays and she asked if I'd lost weight. Eight pounds since Jan 1 as of this morning!!

But on the down side, I came home from my weekend last Sunday with a sore throat, chills, body aches, and congestion and went right to bed at 8:30 after taking cold medicine. The cold lingered all week and it was all I could do to get up for work in the morning and come home at night (overtime most days) for bed. I think I ate well enough, but I could not get myself to the gym until Friday afternoon.

What do you all do for a workout when you are feeling physically sick and trying to give your body time to rest and heal?
