so it looks like today being my lower body workout day is a good and bad thing. good because after kickboxing with my hand weights yesterday i can barely lift my arms. bad because i have to get through 60 minutes of brutal lower body! and i will be doing it sans the hand weights. but i am going to reward myself with an evening adult fruity beverage! :drinker:
