I'm starting the slim in 6 program all over.
I know when I did the first DVD it worked well for me but then life got in the way.

Since I'm doing a deep water workout class Monday Wednesday and Fridays which I just started a week ago and fell in love with, I decided that the days im not doing the class I can pop in the DVD and uses that so then I'm still working out everyday but just changing the workouts.

I've only done two classes and have already lost 2 pounds :)

So I'm hoping with doing all this working out and eating rightni can continue to lose 2Lbs a week so I can get myself from 153 down to my goal weight which is 120..

  • I've just ordered this but as I'm in the UK I know it might take a few more days to reach me.

    In the meantime I'm doing Joanna Hall's 28 day body workout which is great for a beginner.
