Setting my new goal--

OK, I'm setting my serious target goal. 160 pounds by March 15. That's just over a month. I'm floating back and forth between 168 and 172 the past 10 days. I'm going to get serious serious and I'm going to hit my target weight. Then its into maintenance mode.

All ya'll (that's southern for "everybody out there"), keep reminding me that I've got to stick to it and hit the goal.
