....and I'm so hungry think it's because I'd binged all weekend, so just going to put today down as a bad day as I've already gone well over my cals and I need to get over it, it's my own fault!! AND try my VERY best NOT to binge on biscuits tonight or icecream OR cornflakes!! If I achieve at least that today I’ll be happy plus if I don’t eat anything after my dinner tonight I might be better tomorrow……I just feel like such a let down already, I didn’t even last a day…..

    dont let this get you down! as long as you excercised and drank your water thats still 2 goals accomplished out of 3!

    Today was "healthy." I only had 2 things that were unplanned: An apple and a fruit snack, 142 calories total. Overall, I'd say today was a success.
