My weight is 205.8 lbs. I sure hope it is muscle weight building!! I gained 4 lbs after I lost 3 since I started tracking! But I started the gain after starting 30DS. I am on level 1 day 6.
I will focus on more cardio! I started week 2 of the couch to 5K so hopefully sticking with that will help too!0 -
