Feb 15th weight is 144.8, which is 'up' a pound.
Last week I only lost one pound, and this week I regained it, so I'm right back to where I started.0 -

Still 149.4.... unbelievably frustrating... I'm working out like crazy and staying under my calories... I would love to say it's all fat turning to muscle... totally annoying.
