  • Hey Lexy,

    The most important thing to remember is to, loose the weight for yourself and not for others.. Keep in mind that you shouldn't care about what others think about you... You should do this because you want to do it for yourself, so you can be healthy and enjoy live, without putting limitations on yourself... This wil help you, to be more motivated ...

    Some pointers that might help you:

    - log your food and activity everyday (even if you've gone over your calorie intake for the day)
    - make your own schedule (daily) of when you will eat and when you will exercise ( I find that this makes it easier to keep on
    track)
    - find something that will motivate you when you feel like giving up ( this could be anything, for example: I like to watch the
    biggest loser, this keeps me motivated)
    - and whenever you feel like you want to give up, just come here to get al little motivation;)

    Don't forget.. You can do this!! ;)
