I found that every pound is a challenge in my mind as well as my body. Its seem like the more lost the more baggage spills out. I thank God that I have support of my wife and church family.

The better I am doing with my weight loss, the more challenging life becomes. Obviously, the devil hates when God's children are on their way to reaching good goals for themselves. It makes sense. I've decided to make it a point to pray and rebuke those negative things that come up during my journey.
