Im on Level 2 day 2 and since about level one day one my knees feel like I pulled something or just a sharp achy feeling
I dont understand what the problem is I try and drink a protein drink within an hour of working out, I do the warm ups and cool downs, I sometimes take a warm bath afterwards to relax and eat bananas several times a week. All I can come up with is Im not working out on carpet?? Its only during cardio that they hurt (jump rope, jumping jacks) and I dont do the work outs like Natalie or Anitta ..kind of in between ![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
Anyone else having this problem? Before this I was running 1-2 miles a day on a treadmill as well as lifting weights and my knees never hurt. Im 5'9 169 so not as heavy as I use to be so less weight on my knees. I took four days off cause I went out of town but coming back it started right up again![:( :(](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/frowning.png)
Ill keep pushing threw but it really SUCKS!!!

I had that problem a while back. I bought new shoes to work out in, specifically catering to my work out and that took care of the problem. Just a thought.....0
