I've been running some since last summer, I've done 2 5ks and a 4 Mile Turkey Trot and I'm signed up for another 5k in March. I walk A LOT more than I run, but I was proud to just finish. I wanna go faster and am really trying to build endurance. Doing it on my own hasn't been easy and I'm getting really frustrated with my slow behind so I decided to ramp it up! Starting C25K plan tomorrow morning or maybe tonight!!!! I'm really excited.
