No more losing then gaining then losing then gaining!

Hi all,

I'm pretty new to MFP and new to this group. As I have gained weight then lost it then gained and lost it again, I am so ready to make permanent lifestyle changes that I will incorporate in my life for the rest of my life. My prayer is that as the weight leaves and as I get in shape, I will continue the journey. Once I lose this weight, I never want to gain it again. I've been dealing with the same 25-30-40 pounds over and over again!

Any advise will be appreciated!

    You might have to change the way you workout because the body can get used to a workout quickly.It will in "rebel" and won't lose the weight if you dont keep it guessin.
