Progress report (as we are all an "educated crowd" and know that sometimes scales aren't the most accurate way of figuring out weight loss)? Maybe on a Friday morning and Tuesday morning (please, please not Monday morning)?
We wouldn't have to put our weight, just whatever we want - pounds we've lost, clothes that fit, goals reached, compliments received, whatever . .
Thoughts?
