DVD Tracking For Exercise Log

Hey guys!
I was wondering what everyone was doing to track the DVD workout. I saw in another disscusion that someone was using circuit training, general, but it seems to give me a HUGE number of cals burned.
I'm not super worried about the "earned" calories since I'm just planning on sticking to my base calorie count for what I consume; I would like an accurate(ish) number for how much I'm burning.
Example, on circuit training, general, I put in 45 min and get 665 cals burned. Is that right? It's almost half my daily calorie intake.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
