Hello fine ladies, So as we all know the challenge is over, but I'm wondering how everyone is doing? Has anyone given up? Still going strong? What's the happ? For me, I've officially hit the 20lb mark.... actually I'm at almost 22lb! I have a 5K in about 6 weeks and I am still eating delightully!!!
Should I Eat Back My Calories?

Hey guys! As we saw in the forum, there won't be a vegan/veggie friendly menu made specially for us, so we will have to put our heads together and get this figured out. No sweat, right? Meal Plan
The meal plan for the first week has been posted, and it is full of tiny portions and things I can't eat. It has been suggested that the vegetarians/vegans substitute tofu and qworn so they still get their protein, but you can't substitute carbs when you just don't eat carbs. Hw do you guys stay motivated to exercise when you're sick? Do you just rest and let your body try to heal? My league will be picking our travel team soon and I need to step it up but there's snot leaking all over, any cold care advice?
