Hello fine ladies,
So as we all know the challenge is over, but I'm wondering how everyone is doing? Has anyone given up? Still going strong? What's the happ?
For me, I've officially hit the 20lb mark.... actually I'm at almost 22lb! I have a 5K in about 6 weeks and I am still eating delightully!!!

Way to go on your weight loss. This year I didn't follow the RDWC, but instead started the Kaiser medical weight management program. I've lost 60lbs since February. I still have a ways to go, but I'm starting to feel hopeful.
It is a meal replacement program, so as I've started to reintroduce "real" food, I feel as though I have a VERY TENUOUS grasp on the little bit of control I have over my eating. So far so good.0
