Should I Eat Back My Calories?

I've heard a lot of people asking about this in the groups and forums I've been surfing on here.

The short answer, apparently, is yes.

    lol, cute. Yes, your exercised calories should be included in your daily count, so you can calculate how much your deficit should be (if you want to lose weight).

    I really didn't think I needed to!

    See, I'm new to the whole "Lose weight healthy" thing. I've done the lose weight fast and don't fix the problems thing a few times. It worked to take me from 300 to 240, but since this is the last time I'm going to really work at losing weight, I'm taking the slow, fix the bad habits route....

    This is a whole new learning curve. But, it's a good one!!
