hahaha.
I've been thinking to myself how I don't really want to do "wind relieving pose" that often in class - too many of the old people find relief from it.... I do it quickly to release the lower back if we need to in class.

I wish everyone was on a low carb diet - this problem would not happen! I honestly have no problem teaching classes, I don't fart and don't have the need to. Poor old folks! I think allot of people fart because they eat too much sugar before the class.
