I don't like apple

Hi..I'm new here. I started C25k 2 weeks ago but developed a blister on my foot that, by the end of that week, grew to the size of a quarter. I finally popped it the other night and i'm letting it heal. I will be buying some running shoes and restarting c25k in a couple of days. I intend to see it through to the end, but I'd like to know the best App or podcast that will help me with timers and such.
I do not have an Ipod or an Iphone (hence "i do not like apple)...my phone is Android-based, and my mp3 player is a Sansa clip. Any suggestions?
i did download 1 pod cast a few weeks ago but the musical was awful.

I have C25K lite on my droid, it's free and is simple.0

I liked the music better than others I found.
Oh, and I use a Sansa Fuze.. And manage it with the application, "MediaMonkey"
