Good Morning In It to Win It 2012, it is a beautiful day and yes we are moving forward to new changes in our journey :flowerforyou:
Take time to smile and be good to yourself  and enjoy the Day!
With this in mind my week was one of no exercise, just recovery from my 1/2 marathon. My legs and body are fully recovered and I am ready to do some exercise, sometime this weekend, perhaps Sunday. I am up in weight so I have to focused on getting it down. This proves to me that I must exercise in order to keep my goal in sight. Have a great weekend and looking forward to your post! Ciao

Up but I did little to no cardio. All weights this week and I even upped my weights.

I feel trimmer and more slender around my midsection so while I'm not dropping on the scale I'm not worried.

Race #2 this weekend. A small 5k on Sunday and yoga Saturday to help me stretch.

Yeah , with an 8k at the end of Feb and a 10k trail at the end of March, this 5k seems tiny

I'm also trying not to over-think it and get nervous.

I didn't get to the gym as much as I wanted to this week. My goal is to get to the gym everyday this next week. Also, I need to drink more water. I need to lose 12 lbs by Memorial Day weekend. My BFF and I are going to Florida to lay on the beach that weekend.

Yes and we do need exercise, I found that out too this week on my recovery. I am going back to running starting next Tuesday. I have a race in May that I want to make another PR (Personal Record) as this is where it started a year ago. Have a blessed day!:flowerforyou:

Yipee! Onederland, finally! I think it really helped to narrow my focus to one week and what I need to do this week... thanks for the help!

Take care of your body especially when you are not feeling well. You will bounce back, take time to heal:flowerforyou:
