Day 7!

Today is day 7! I am really starting to feel like combining the workouts is too much for my body. I feel like I pulled a muscle or tendon in my arm, I can only do modified push-ups so it doesn't hurt and i'm starting to get knee pain. Only 7 days left of the shred and then I'll be a little more "free"! I'll be taking sunday off as my rest day, sooo excited. LOL

Let me know what you guys think about level 2. I started it yesterday, and I didn't like it. I actually burned fewer calories.0
