I'm new to the group and have only been on mfp for about a month. I used to work out all the time and go to the gy but I had my second baby 2 years ago and haven't been since. I decided to start the 30 day shred in january and I just finished yesterday. Today I started the 6 week 6 pack dvd. At home workouts is my only option right now, and I'm bummed its been to cold to go walking and jogging lately. I'm 5'3 and 124lbs right now, my goal is to be 115. Feel free to add me!
