need a plateau buster

Hi, I'm new to the group, but so glad I found a group that either needs to just lose that last 5-10 lbs or tone up/feel better. I'm 5'6" (although I'm convinced I'm closer to 5'7") and weigh 142lbs. I'd really like to get to 135. I joined a local 6 week challenge four weeks ago and am down 6 lbs, so am thrilled about that, but I lost that in the first 2 weeks. The last 2 weeks I've weighed exactly the same amount to the ounce! I don't think there's anyway I could actually do that if I tried. So my question is, what do you all do to break the plateau, when you're still working out (I do a hybrid of TurboFire and Chalene Extreme) and are mindful about what you eat? I try to stay around1300 calories a day and one of the coaches in the challenge suggested I up my calorie intake to 1500, but I don't want to go in reverse and gain...

So, any plateau buster ideas out there??
