Hey all! I have been researching and trying Primal for two years now. I lost 30 pounds a year ago, but have since gained it back do to moving and falling into stress eating and not working out. I lost my crossfit community in the move, but have since started working with a great trainer who understands my love of crossfit and I feel ready to commit fully to this lifestyle again.

I started at 214.4 and today I weighed in at 208.4. The thing I love most about this way of eating is that I don't feel starving at all and I really love trying to get the play in with my family. I may even try waking up super early to go on long walks before my husband leaves for work.

So glad to have this group here. Can't wait to get to know you all!
