How did week 2 go?

    It was week 1 of phase 2 for me. It went well. My biceps were extremely sore after doing biceps and back. I am thrilled that I can now do a pull up on my own with out the chair!!!! It may only be one but that is a huge improvement for me since i first started. I hope by end of this phase I can do more. My husband can knock these out like nothing and it really ticks me off but motivates me at the same time.

    It was great!! I woke up late on Plyo morning and had to do it in the evening, but it was way better I had more coordination.

    Then again this morning I woke up at 4 all I had to do was push play, but instead I took a shower and went back to bed. So I have to work out tonight!!
