Awe, thanks, I enjoy doing it and I have my trusty side kick WB that helps out with organizing the site, tracking miles and sending out the emails. You all are awesome and enjoy checking in on your progress day to day!!!
I will have the year to date thread updated hopefully sometime this week, found some numbers that didn't add up correctly so I have to go back to the first week of January and add up the miles. Was going to do it tonight but I will have my beautiful Grand daughter tonight so I will probably be a little busy0 -

Total 27 mi.
Had a grt wk! Sat During my run my knee started bothering me to the extent I ended up walking to finish. Never had any problems at all. This wk not doing any running. Going to keep up with walking, but much slower! Running is my passion, maybe I haven't been listening to my body. All of you are awesome! Keep up the grt work!
