Day 14 , Day 4 of level 2! JM killed me today!

    day 14- great work tomorrow your half way!!!! today i've struggled, husband been away s at home with 3children so really could'nt get the session in which put me on a negative. Tomorrow looking forward to day 8/ L2.... bit scared of moving on to level 3- SHE WILL DESTROY ME!!

    It's now 2/13. Finished day 8 of level 1. Afraid of the approaching level 2 later this week.

    Me too. I am on day 8 level 1. I have upped the weights for the chest fly to 15lbs 10 for the others except for the side lunge with the front dumbell raise. I might try those with 10lb dumbells on the 10th day. I have taken two days off -- a day after the first three and yesterday after four days. But I a loving this workout and can't believe I am seeing results.

    Just did day 1 of Level 2 - phew! I had to do mainly modified moves, especially with all the plank positions, I hurt my left wrist on L1D10 when I tried to go too far down on the push-ups, so I don't want to stress it. It was tiring - as you'd expect it to be! Hopefully I'll get used to it after awhile just like level 1.

    Just started level 2..I had to modify.but got through it.I makes me want to go back down to level 1...its hard..and had my buttocks hurting..why I have no idea but that and my core..are sore. Jillian a b.. but i guess I will look good
