Cheat Day Tomorrow!

My cheat day is usually Sundays. I have been nearly perfect all week, sticking to my diet and taking my PAGG. I now have 5742 calories budged for tomorrow, and I plan on enjoying as many of them as I possibly can. Jalapeno poppers, fudge, cake pops, pancakes, and cheese danish are all on the menu for tomorrow.

First week on SCD for me. I started at 278 on Monday, and on Sunday morning (which is my Cheat Day, too), I weighed in at 272. 6 pounds in 6 days. Nice.
For my cheat day, I had the following.
Breakfast: Three breakfast tacos (tortillas, eggs, turkey bacon, refried pinto beans, cheese)
Morning Snack: Half a large bag of peanut M&Ms.
Lunch: Two pork rib tacos (pork ribs I had slowed cooked earlier, with horseradish, on tortillas), green beans
Afternoon Snack: The rest of the peanut M&Ms. (Okay, some went to my kids, too. )
Supper: BBQ sausage, BBQ briscuit, roasted potatoes, green beans
Evening Snack: Pint of Ben & Jerry's Peanut Butter Cup ice cream
Next week, I think I'm going to do jalapeno poppers, because those sound delicious, and probably another bag of candy.
So far, I am really enjoying my SCD experience. Oh, and I only gained 2 pounds of "Cheat Day weight" this morning.
