Last week i only managed to workout 4x instead of 5

Anyway today is the start of week 4 and i managed to do 40 min this morning!

    Past couple days I've done 15 minutes of Leslie Sansone's WATP, but that's about all my knee can take right now. Just finished todays little walk:) Get up and get moving everyone!!

    2/14/12 Weider X-Factor ST: Week 7 40 min. / Cathe Friedrich's MMA Boxing Punching only 18 Min.
    2/15/12 Cathe STS M1 Week 3 Disc 8 Back & Biceps 56 min.
    2/16/12 Weider X-Factor ST: Week 7 40 min. / Kelly Coffey Meyer 30 Minutes To Fitness Train Like a Contender Boxing
    2/17/12 Cathe STS M1 Week 3 Disc 9 Legs 43 min.

    Took another walk with Leslie Sansone today....sure be glad when I can go longer than 15 minutes without my knee aching. This taking it easy stuff sucks:( Oh well....at least I'm still moving:)
