I have slow down on doing dvd's and have increased my jogging which i much enjoy then working out at home. I did 20 min of richard challender dvd today. jog for 47mnutes which feels great!! xxxx

I recently took a spin class and I'm hooked. I am thinking about getting a spin bike for my house. Anyone know of good spinning workout DVDs?

who is in to start tomorrow for 5 days in a row? morning or anytime of the day. Lets try to do it even if you can only do just 10 min!!! I am aiming at least 40 min a day! 5 days in a row. i might try other ones out on you tube.:flowerforyou:
